By accessing and using Toon Tone, you accept and agree to these terms.
2. Use License
You may use Toon Tone for personal color practice and entertainment. Do not misuse the site, interfere with gameplay availability, or attempt to bypass account and payment protections.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Optional Support and Payments
Toon Tone may offer optional support purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and support purchases do not grant gameplay advantages in the MVP.
If account credits are enabled for future features, purchased credits are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase unless a specific offer states otherwise.
5. Limitations
Toon Tone is provided for entertainment and practice. We are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.
